Besides having done his MBA-B.Tech from IIFT & NIT Bhopal resp., he is a certified PMP-Six Sigma professional from PMI, US and Indian Statistical Institute, resp.

Wg Cdr Arun Kumar is passionate about Engineering Operations and Program & Supply Chain Management especially on the Aviation MRO sphere, besides Team Building, Effective Communications & Business Negotiations.

Mr. Atul Govil is the Chief Transformation Officer, Head (SAP and IT) for India Glycols Limited – a public listed company having annual turnover of more than INR 6000 Cr. Graduate engineer with dual degree in Marketing & HR management. Has a Strong, practical domain experience in IT, OT, Operational Excellence & Supply Chain in manufacturing setups. He has run multiple Digital & Business Transformation projects successfully with world leading consulting companies like AT Kearney, EY, KPMG, PWC & Grant Thornton in the manufacturing domain.

Mr. G.K. Pillai, presently, Director & Advisor, of Walchandnagar Industries Limited, is an acclaimed management leader and is a well-known name in both the Public Sector and Private Sector industries and has a total of 47 years of professional experience. His experience has been in the Heavy Engineering, Foundry & Forge and Instrumentation sectors mainly catering to the Defence, Aerospace, Nuclear, Cement, Sugar & Co Gen Power industries. He has served as CMD of Heavy Engineering Corporations Ltd. Ranchi and HMT Machine Tools Ltd. Bangalore - Both Central Government PSUs and also served as the CEO of Fisher Sanmar Ltd Chennai. Mr. Pillai was the Managing Director & CEO of Walchandnagar Industries Ltd. Pune for a total of about 18 years. He has received many awards including “SCOPE Excellence Award” for the year 2007-08 from the Hon. Prime Minister, Dr. Manmohan Singh.

From a small CNC Job shop to being the largest manufacturer of CNC Rotary tables, from an employee of Bharat Electronics to launching 3 brands are a summary of his journey. After graduation in Mechanical Engineering in 1977, Mr. Indradev Babu worked through the harsh Indian machine tool scape with extraordinarily little support. Armed with grit, determination and sharp technical acumen, his company UCAM is now known for robust high tech, CNC Rotary tables. UCAM is now diversified into two verticals – High performance Electrical Motors for demanding applications, called Nimble Electric and Gear Making machines known asNimble Machines.

IMTMA has recognized and conferred it’s ‘Outstanding Entrepreneur award’ in the year 2018. He is the current President of IMTMA.

Mr. Procyon Mukherjee, has been an industry leader in Supply Chain Management; his career spans 34 years starting from Philips, Indian Aluminum Company, Hindalco, Novelis and LafargeHolcim. He specializes in a number of subjects within Supply Chain that includes Strategic Sourcing, Logistics Optimization, Logistics Cost and Waste Reduction and Sustainable Procurement. He has authored the book, "The Search for Value in Supply Chains". He has initiated a venture, “Prep-Gen: Preparing the next generation of Supply Chain Leaders”, that includes the digitization of the Covid 19 Vaccine Cold Chain as well.

As a seasoned C-level executive with nearly four decades of experience, Mr. Mithe has built, advised and transformed several companies, domestic and MNCs, at varying stages of growth across multiple sectors such as pharmaceutical, FMCG, Dairy, Automotive, Engineering, Glass and chemicals. He has the acumen and agility to support the entire spectrum of supply chain aspects like Manufacturing system design, Supply chain planning, Business Process Re-engineering, Network Design, Supply Chain Cost Optimization using principles of Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, TOC and TQM. Ravind is also an IFC certified executive coach providing executive coaching to CXOs.

He has served as Partner and Head of Operations Consulting Practice for KPMG in India. He has also worked as a Partner at PwC and Eicher Consultancy during his long consulting career.

Mr. Viral Raval is an IT business leader with 29 years of professional experience which includes running IT divisions at large MNCs and domestic businesses, managing Information Security, maximizing workforce engagement and productivity, budgeting and resource optimization, consulting, and driving adoption of best practices. After working at organizations like Gartner, Suzlon Energy, Wipro, Zensar, General Motors and Larsen & Toubro, he is devoting the time to nurture a boutique Digital Consulting business, which aims at helping CxOs define and drive their Digital Pursuits. He is passionate about mentoring youth and making them corporate ready. He also advises Digital natives in product strategy, go to market approach and conflict resolution.

Mr. Vivek Vikram Singh is the MD and Group CEO at Sona Comstar, where his primary role is to create an auto components & systems platform focused on bringing value to customers by leveraging existing and emerging technologies - especially EVs and Hybrids. Mr. Singh, an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, was previously the Advisory Leader for the Industrials & Auto sectors for Grant Thornton India. He was adjudged by the Economic Times as one of India’s “40 under Forty hottest business leaders” for year 2018.

Mr. Shrikhande is a manufacturing veteran with 46 years of professional experience in leading organizations, cross-functional leadership roles mobilizing and driving entire resources of a business entity to acquire competitive position and achieve reasonable ROI to ensure business continuity, last 35 years as Profit Centre Head as MD, CEO, President in leading Companies in India & abroad like Larsen & Toubro,IBM India,Ricoh India,Tata’s,RPG Group,Tandon Group,Elcome Group and Wongs Electronics (Hongkong ).

He is currently engaged in strategic business consulting, Lean Business & TQM Profitability, Theory of Constraints & Effective Project Management, Frugal Engineering and Reverse Innovation and IATF 16949 for Automotive Industry.

Mr. Pankaj Mittal is a Digital Transformation Strategist and TEDx Speaker with over 25 years of experience in IT, security and telecom industries in India & abroad. He has hands-on understanding of Data Center, Security, Cloud & Network solutions across various technologies.

As a certified Global CIO program alumni from the Indian School of Business, Mr. Mittal specializes in enabling organizations for digital delivery using RPA, AI platforms, Data Center Automation and Network infrastructure.

Shree Harsha has nearly two decades of international Business consulting experience and is currently responsible for Marketing & Communication. He is also responsible for developing Dassault Systèmes India marketing strategy in line with the market opportunities and the company’s mission to partner in the digital transformation and growth agenda of most innovative companies. Additionally, he has a strong technology background to make an immediate impact to the top and bottom line as well as helping companies create the springboard for the next generation of growth through disruptive business models.

Prior to this role, he was the Business Consulting Director for Asia, leading the Value Engagement team in driving digital transformation for several strategic customers and ensure their success; whose influence and ideas drive the future of Dassault Systèmes’ solutions and our 3DEXPEREINCE strategy. He has worked in partnership with customers across multiple geographies including Japan, China and Germany. Harsha is a Mechanical Engineering graduate, and an alumni of Indian School of Business and Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad with focus on Manufacturing & Operations.

Mr. Shrikant Savangikar is currently heading a consultancy firm, Sustainable solutions Pvt Ltd. which specializes in consultancy, training and advocacy in areas like business strategy, business excellence initiatives, turnaround strategies, sustainability and CSR.

A Production Engineer from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute, Mumbai with more than four decades of rich experience in companies like SKF Bearings, NRB Bearings and Crompton Greaves, Mr. Savangikar has been acknowledged with the prestigious Mahatma Award for benchmark CSR programs.
