June 2025 : Deepak Group recently announced the appointment of Subimal Mondal as its new President & Group Chief Human Resources Officer. Mr. Mondal will lead the Group's Human Resources division, bringing with him over 39 years of diverse experience and expertise in the field.

Most recently, Mr. Mondal served as Executive Director (HR) at IOC, based at their Corporate Office in New Delhi. His extensive background spans various facets of human resources, positioning him to significantly contribute to Deepak Group's strategic objectives.

Based in Vadodara, Mr. Mondal will work closely with department heads and team leaders. His focus will be on driving Deepak Group’s performance-driven human practices and fostering a creative, innovative working environment.
