October 2026 : EID Parry (India) Ltd has recently announced the appointment of Vijay Sivaraman as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Bringing over two decades of cross-industry expertise in driving digital evolution, Sivaraman steps into the role to accelerate the company’s enterprise technology, smart automation, and digital commerce roadmaps.

Sivaraman’s arrival comes at a pivotal time as industrial and FMCG enterprises increasingly lean on AI-driven platforms, cloud-native ERPs, and real-time analytics to build resilient supply chains. A recognized digital leader, he was named among the Top 100 CIOs in 2024 by IDC and the Global CIO Forum for his contributions to enterprise tech strategy.

Before joining EID Parry, Sivaraman served as Chief Digital & Information Officer (Glass) at Saint-Gobain India. His career spans key technology leadership and transformation roles across major industry names, including Kaleesuwari Refinery, TVS Supply Chain Solutions, White Data Systems, Smollan, SAP, and Hindustan Lever Limited. Throughout these stints, he spearheaded multi-million-dollar IT initiatives - ranging from automated SAP integrations and zero-trust cybersecurity frameworks to AI-powered logistics tracking and IoT-enabled smart factories.

Sivaraman holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from Bharathiar University, a Post Graduate qualification in Big Data and Business Analytics from SP Jain School of Global Management, and an Advanced Certification in Software Engineering for Cloud, Blockchain, and IoT from IIT Madras.
