August 2026 : Iron Horse Acquisition II Corp and ELECTRA AI, the self-proclaimed "AI Brain for Batteries™," have officially announced a deal with TapFin, India's fast-growing AI-native battery data intelligence platform.
TapFin will integrate ELECTRA AI’s advanced EVE-Ai Battery Fleet Analytics into its risk management and lifecycle platform. The move aims to provide deep, research-grade battery science - such as real-time State of Health (SoH) tracking, Remaining Useful Life (RUL) analytics, fault detection, and smart operational insights - to lenders, OEMs, operators, and green ecosystem players across India.
India’s rapid pivot toward electric mobility has created an urgent demand for clear asset visibility. TapFin already converts raw telemetry, usage, and health data into actionable intelligence. By embedding ELECTRA’s physics-informed models and Large Quantitative Models (LQMs), the platform will turn complex hardware data into precise risk and operational metrics, helping financial institutions lend with confidence and allowing operators to extend the life of their electric fleets.
"India is one of the most dynamic EV markets in the world, and TapFin is building exactly the intelligence layer the ecosystem needs. Embedding our battery analytics into their platform means lenders, OEMs, and operators can make sharper, more confident decisions about the assets they finance and run," said Fabrizio Martini, CEO and Co-Founder at ELECTRA AI.
The deployment of the integrated software is already underway.
Founded in 2015 by former NASA Principal Investigator Fabrizio Martini, ELECTRA AI develops adaptive AI software that optimizes battery life across grid energy storage, autonomous robotics, and e-mobility. ELECTRA AI recently announced a definitive business combination with SPAC Iron Horse Acquisition II Corp., which raised $230 million in its late 2025 IPO. The combined entity is slated to list on Nasdaq later in 2026 under the stock symbol AIBR.
