September 2026 : Endurance Technologies has recently appointed Aditya Jhawar as its new Chief Growth & Transformation Officer. Jhawar steps into this role to helm the auto component major’s strategic expansion, long-term transformation initiatives, and value creation agenda.

Jhawar brings nearly two decades of deep domain experience in equity research, corporate strategy, financial analysis, and audit, having spent over 15 years tracking the automotive, auto ancillary, and mid-cap sectors from the sell-side. His sharp analytical lens and deep understanding of industry dynamics equip him with a unique perspective to navigate the rapidly evolving auto component landscape.

He began his career at Deloitte. He then transitioned to capital markets at CLSA. He then spent over four years at Espirito Santo, before joining Investec India in 2015. Over his impressive 11-plus years at Investec, Jhawar rose to become a leading Equity Research Analyst covering the auto, auto ancillary, and agri-input sectors, earning wide recognition among institutional investors for his sector insights.

Jhawar holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Pune, and earned his Chartered Accountant designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
