September 2025 : Force Motors Ltd. has recently announced the appointment of Ms. Shweta Gupta as General Manager of its Urbania Plant in Pithampur. With over two decades of experience in the automotive industry, she will be responsible for leading the production operations for the Urbania line.

Ms. Gupta brings a wealth of expertise in operations and business management, with a career that includes significant leadership roles at prominent automotive companies. Her extensive background includes serving as General Manager of Operations at Tata Motors, where she was the factory operation head for the Tata Harrier and Safari, and led a 100% women automotive manufacturing unit. She also previously held an Asst. General Manager R&D position at Stellantis.
