November 2025 : Granules India Limited has recently announced the appointment of Mr. Vinod Parur as its new Chief Human Resources Officer. This strategic addition to the leadership team is set to bolster the company's commitment to building a strong organizational culture and ensuring sustainable growth in the healthcare sector.

Prior to joining Granules India, Mr. Parur held the title of CHRO at RR Kabel Limited for over four years and at Nilkamal Limited for more than two years. His distinguished career also includes a significant tenure with the Schindler group, where he held various leadership roles, including Vice President - HR (Manufacturing) and was instrumental in the core team for setting up a greenfield manufacturing facility. He also contributed his expertise at A.T.E. Group, Unichem Laboratories Limited, and HCC. Academically, Mr. Parur holds an MBA in Human Resource from Mumbai University, where he studied from 1999 to 2001.
