June 2026 : Pi Green Innovations has recently announced the appointment of Dr. Mahesh Nandurkar as Director - Industrial Emissions After Treatment. Dr. Nandurkar joins the leadership team at a crucial juncture, bringing a deeply respected global perspective to the urgent mission of advancing next-generation emissions abatement and carbon capture solutions.
He possesses a rich, 43-year history of guiding both start-ups and large matrix organizations through complex industrial transformations. Known for his exceptional people management and an evangelical passion for air pollution control, his appointment signals a bold step forward for sustainable manufacturing.
Dr. Nandurkar began anchoring massive industrial projects early on at Philips, followed by an 11-year tenure at Thermax Limited. He then transitioned to Kirloskar Pneumatic as Vice President & SBU Head, while simultaneously serving as CEO - Kirloskar AECOM Joint Venture. His expertise subsequently took him to the United States as CEO & Board Member of Marsulex Environmental Technologies, followed by dual leadership roles as CEO and Chief Mentor for the IFF Group (Industrial Filters & Fabrics Pvt. Ltd). Most recently, he has channeled freelance mentoring and interim advisory roles, notably as Interim CEO for VT CORP Pvt Ltd.
Dr. Nandurkar earned a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from MSBTE and a Business Management Degree from Shivaji University. He was later groomed for Executive Leadership at the Indian School of Business (ISB) and earned a PhD in Strategy from the American Management University.
