February 2026 : Pidilite Industries Limited, the global leader in adhesives and construction chemicals, has recently announced the appointment of Dharmendra Raninga as its new Chief of Digital and Automation. The move signals a major acceleration in the company’s efforts to integrate high-tech manufacturing with a digital-first organizational culture.

Raninga, a strategic leader with over 18 years of cross-functional industrial experience, will spearhead the transformation across Pidilite’s manufacturing and supply chain ecosystems. His mandate includes scaling Industry 4.0 initiatives, leveraging Generative AI, and driving data-driven decision-making.

Raninga joins Pidilite following a successful tenure as the Digital Analytics Group Head at Aarti Industries Ltd. Prior to that, he spent nearly seven years at Piramal Glass (now PGP Glass) as the Smart Manufacturing Lead, where he gained global recognition for deploying IoT platforms across 60 production lines in India, the USA, and Sri Lanka. His extensive career also includes roles at L&T Technology Services Limited.
