November 2025 : PTC Industries Limited, a prominent manufacturer of high-precision castings and advanced materials, has recently announced the start of a major expansion at its investment casting facility in Mehsana, Gujarat. This strategic move is designed to meet rapidly growing global demand as the geopolitical landscape drives a fundamental realignment of supply chains toward resilient and trusted manufacturing hubs like India.

The expansion will see the company increase its production capacity multiple times over the next few years. It involves installing some of the industry's most advanced manufacturing equipment, robotic systems, and automated fettling technologies. These substantial investments are aimed at enhancing efficiency, repeatability, and throughput, ensuring world-class quality standards while actively working to reduce the company's carbon footprint.

The 17-acre Mehsana facility currently serves as a core production base for industrial and precision cast components supplied to global OEMs across various sectors. The expansion will physically add over 50,000 sq. ft. of new shop floor area and significantly boost the company’s machining and casting capabilities.
