These leaders, namely Ganga Patil, Vandana Dhotre, Sneha Bharati and Rishita More, have brought significant social impact in the society through their respective work.

April 2023 : The RSB Group has recently felicitated “Change Maker” women leaders. These leaders were presented with laurels at the hands of Urmila Behera, wife of the Group Chairman, RK Behera. Nirmala Behera, Executive Director – Group HR, delivered a motivational address. In a special awards ceremony organized on the occasion, four leaders from Pune were recognised as Change Maker Women Leaders.

These leaders, namely Ganga Patil, Vandana Dhotre, Sneha Bharati and Rishita More, have brought significant social impact in the society through their respective work. Ganga Patil has helped elderly women in the evening of their life by supporting their livelihood. Vandana Dhotre has given educational support to girl school drop-outs, while Sneha Bharati has provided skill development training to under-privileged in the remote rural areas. Rishita More is a trans-gender leader, who rose to become a successful entrepreneur despite society’s resistance.
