Mr. Malhotra brings a formidable track record, with over 25 years of deep industry knowledge and extensive sales leadership experience. His immediate mandate will be to oversee national sales strategy, lead the sales & distribution functions and spearhead efforts to expand Shree Cement’s market share across existing and new geographies.

Mr. Malhotra’s career highlights showcase a proven ability to drive significant revenue growth, margin expansion, and market share gains across national and regional roles in major cement companies. Prior to this national role, Mr. Malhotra held key leadership positions, including Chief Sales Officer - East and Sales Director - West & South for ACC & Ambuja.

Mr. Malhotra’s professional acumen is underpinned by a robust academic foundation. He holds a Master of International Business Management (MIBM) focused on Sales, Marketing & International Business from the University of Lucknow, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
