May 2026 : Tenneco Clean Air India Limited recently appointed Mr. Thalavai Venkatesan as Chief Commercial & Technology Officer of Tenneco India - IceCo to accelerate business growth and further strengthen leadership capabilities across the organization.

His career spans critical leadership roles across global automotive giants. Most recently, he served as the Country Head and Business Leader for Cummins Software & Electronics. Prior to that, he dedicated nearly 16 years to Continental, rising through the ranks from Diesel Calibration Head to General Manager & Head of R&D for Engine Management Systems, and ultimately serving as Head of Sales & Key Account Management. He also spent over a decade at Delphi Diesel Systems (Delphi-TVS) specializing in systems integration and fuel injection systems.

Venkatesan holds a BE in Mechanical and Production Engineering from Annamalai University, an M.Tech. in Automotive Engine Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and advanced executive leadership certifications from both Hult Ashridge and Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
