August 2026 : TVS Supply Chain Solutions has recently appointed Raghavendra Prasad Mallaiah as Chief Operating Officer - Defence & Aerospace for TVS SCS India. In this dual mandate, Raghavendra Prasad will also head operations for the TVS ALA joint venture in India, marking a major move to accelerate growth across its specialized defense and aerospace supply chain portfolio.

Raghavendra Prasad brings over 30 years of cross-industry expertise across aerospace, defense, and automotive sectors. Known for his strategic planning and operational leadership, he has built a reputation for driving high-impact transformations, spearheading complex bidding processes, and scaling key account partnerships. His deep domain knowledge positions TVS SCS to expand its footprint in high-precision logistics and strategic defense operations.

Prior to joining TVS SCS, Raghavendra Prasad served as Country Manager at FirstKem and Head of Business Development India at FDH Aero. He previously held Managing Director and General Manager roles at Incora and Wesco Aircraft, and served as Vice President at GTN Engineering India Limited. Earlier in his career, Raghavendra Prasad spent over a decade at Bell Helicopter, managed engineering teams at Textron (EZGO), held leadership roles at EASi working on Ford Motor Company, Johnson Controls, and General Motors projects. He began his journey at Soft-Pro.

Raghavendra Prasad holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University and the Directorate of Technical Education.
