Kellanova will emerge as the surviving entity, becoming an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Mars.

January 2025 : The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has approved the acquisition of all outstanding equity shares of Kellanova (formerly Kellogg Company) by Mars.

As part of the transaction, Merger Sub, a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of Acquiror 10VB8 LLC will merge with and into Kellanova. Kellanova will emerge as the surviving entity, becoming an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Mars.

Acquiror 10VB8 LLC is a limited liability company created specifically for this transaction and a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of Mars.
