January 2025 : ADVIK, a leading automotive product manufacturer, has acquired Powersports MTG GmbH, a German specialist in mechanical and hydraulic braking and clutch systems for motorcycles. Powersports, a spin-off of Gustav Magenwirth GmbH & Co. KG (MAGURA), brings over a century of expertise in high-quality two-wheeler components.
The acquisition, executed via ADVIK Singapore Pte. Ltd., expands ADVIK's product offerings with advanced brake and clutch systems for on-road, off-road, and racing motorcycles. The portfolio includes cutting-edge technologies such as radial, axial, and floating calipers that enhance braking performance, control, and reliability across varied conditions. This move reinforces ADVIK's commitment to next-generation braking solutions and a broader customer base.
