In his previous role at McCormick & Company, Avishek served as Director HR - India and South East Asia, where he was instrumental in driving critical business transformations and implementing innovative HR practices. Under his leadership, the team won the HR Excellence Awards 2022 Singapore (Bronze) for Best HR Innovation, showcasing his ability to align HR strategies with business growth.
