Nov 2026 : Precitec India has recently appointed Sanjay Sangam as its new Managing Director, marking a strategic move to strengthen its footprint across the nation's rapidly expanding advanced manufacturing landscape.

In his new role, Sangam will focus on bolstering local customer partnerships, scaling up technical and application engineering capabilities, and expanding robust service and training networks across the country. The vision is clear: seamlessly blend Precitec’s global technological prowess with deeply localized support to help Indian manufacturers boost productivity, process reliability, and overall product quality.

Prior to joining Precitec India, Sangam spent over 15 years at Renishaw India. His early career laid a strong foundation at Ametek Solartron Metrology, Intelmac Machine Tools, and Mysore Kirloskar Limited.

An alumnus of Walchand Institute of Technology, Solapur, where he earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Production Engineering, Sangam also holds a Master’s degree in Marketing Management from IGNOU. He has further honed his leadership agility through professional executive courses at Mercuri International and the Allison Maxwell Training Academy.
