February 2025 : The Competition Commission of India has approved POSCO India Processing Center’s acquisition of shares in POSCO-India Pune Processing Center.

POSCO India Processing Center, a subsidiary of POSCO Holdings, operates in steel processing and distribution. It deals in value-added finished steel products, including: Hot rolled coils, sheets, and plates; Cold rolled coils, sheets, and plates; Galvanized steel products; Specialty steel and other products like electrical steel, wire rods, scrap, and coils

POSCO-India Pune Processing Center operates in the same steel processing and distribution market through its affiliates and subsidiaries. It also deals in hot rolled, cold rolled, galvanized, and specialty steel products.
