November 2025 : Cohance Lifesciences has announced a strategic addition to its senior leadership team, welcoming Rahul Pradhan as the new Vice President - Operations. Mr. Pradhan will head the critical API Unit III located in Ankleshwar, reinforcing the company’s commitment to operational excellence and scale-up in Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) manufacturing.

Mr. Pradhan is a highly seasoned leader in the pharmaceutical sector, bringing with him over 28 years of deep expertise in managing complex API manufacturing and scale-up operations at USFDA-approved facilities, including strong competencies in regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

In his previous roles, Mr. Pradhan has consistently driven performance and compliance across large-scale units. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Manufacturing at Zydus Group. His extensive professional journey also includes key leadership positions at major pharmaceutical companies such as Ipca Laboratories Limited, Aurobindo Pharmaceuticals Ltd., Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited, Hikal Ltd, Cipla Ltd, and Wockhardt Limited.
