Vohra’s leadership style is deeply rooted in his unique upbringing as a "defense kid," a background that instilled in him a profound respect for cultural diversity and a commitment to societal impact. This personal anchor shifted his career focus early on from the fast-moving consumer goods sector to the life sciences, fueled by a desire to improve healthcare outcomes for families globally. Before joining Cohance, Vohra completed a landmark decade-long tenure at Cipla, where he served as Managing Director and Global CEO. His extensive career also includes nearly 14 years at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, where he held high-impact roles such as EVP and Head of North America Generics and Corporate CFO. He began his professional journey at Eicher Ltd and PepsiCo India.
His expertise is backed by a solid technical and managerial education, holding a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from MSRIT, Bangalore, followed by an MBA from the T.A. Pai Management Institute (TAPMI).
