October 2025 : Highly accomplished automotive and manufacturing leader Naveen Kumar Singh has been named the new Group Chief Executive Officer (Group CEO) at Dhoot Transmission Pvt. Ltd.
Singh is renowned as a transformational leader and growth strategist specializing in Manufacturing Excellence and operational resilience. His core mandate is to drive long-term value creation by aligning technology with business strategy to meet evolving market demands for reliability and efficiency.
His distinguished career highlights a proven ability to deliver significant turnarounds. While previously managing business operations across four manufacturing plants, he was instrumental in initiating an R&D and innovation center from scratch, leading to reported cost savings of 50-60%. Furthermore, he successfully transformed multiple non-performing product margins back to profitability and secured major OEM clients, including TVS, Royal Enfield, M&M, and TATA Motors.
Singh joins Dhoot Transmission following over two decades of leadership experience, notably serving as Group CEO at Napino Auto & Electronics Ltd., and holding critical executive roles as Business Head at VARROC, and in management at Subros Limited and FAURECIA EXHAUST SYSTEM. His education includes a BE in Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology and a Senior Management Program certification from IIM Calcutta.
