July 2025 : Epsilon Carbon Pvt. Ltd. recently announced the appointment of Munish Bakshi as Vice President, Marketing & Sales for its Carbon Black business.

Mr. Bakshi brings two decades of extensive experience spanning the steel, paint, and chemical industries, with a proven track record in driving strategic growth, market leadership, and commercial excellence. He is recognized as a business leader with 21 years of experience in building and transforming businesses, developing high-performance teams, and accelerating revenue across domestic and international markets.

Prior to joining Epsilon Carbon, Mr. Bakshi served as Vice President Sales Marketing at National Peroxide Limited, where he led business diversification and established new segments, including Electronic Chemical and trading business. He also held the role of Head of Sales and Business Development at JSW Paints, where he set up and headed the Industrial & Coil Coatings business across India and global markets. Earlier in his career, he spent over 12 years at JSW Steel in various sales and business development roles, and also worked at JFE Steel Corporation in Export Sales Planning.
