August 2026 : Exide Energy Solutions Ltd. has recently appointed Sandeep Pandey as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), based out of the company’s Bengaluru headquarters.

In his new role, Pandey will spearhead the organization's overarching human resources strategy, focusing on strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, leadership development, and culture-building. Reporting to Managing Director & CEO Pravin Saraf, his leadership comes at a critical juncture as Exide Energy Solutions ramps up its advanced technology battery manufacturing and scales its gigafactory initiatives across India’s rapidly growing electric vehicle and renewable energy ecosystem.

Bringing over three decades of core industrial and corporate experience, Pandey possesses a deep track record across industrial relations, organizational design, and large-scale business transformations. Before taking the HR helm at Exide, Pandey served as Senior Vice President - HR at Nuvoco Vistas Corp. Ltd., and had a brief stint as SVP - HR at Alok Industries Ltd. His extensive career trajectory also features high-impact leadership roles at TDK India, Aditya Birla Group, KOHLER India, and Bosch India spanning Nashik and Bengaluru.
