Gujarat Fluorochemicals Limited (GFL) has secured exactly that expertise with the appointment of Jayendrasinh Vaghela as their new Head of Technology Transfer.

Based in Vadodara, Jayendrasinh steps into this leadership role at a time when the chemical industry is increasingly focused on localized innovation and rapid scale-up. His role will be central to ensuring that GFL’s complex chemical processes move seamlessly from development into robust, commercial-grade operations.

Jayendrasinh’s appointment is the culmination of nearly two decades of deep-rooted experience in the pharmaceutical and chemical sectors. He joins GFL following a successful nearly six-year tenure at PI Industries Ltd. He has previously honed his craft at Deepak Nitrite Limited, Ipca Laboratories Limited, and Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited. His earlier career milestones include impactful stints at Teva Pharmaceuticals, Unimark Remedies Ltd, and Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd, making him a true veteran of the Gujarat and Rajasthan industrial corridors.

A Chemical Engineering graduate from Gujarat University,he recently augmented his technical roots with a specialized management program at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Udaipur.
