June 2026 : Kadant India has recently welcomed Sanjeev Jain as its new Director of Operations & Supply Chain Transformation. Bringing over three decades of deep manufacturing expertise to the table, Sanjeev’s arrival marks a pivotal chapter for Kadant as the company continues to fortify its global footprint and enhance its resource-efficient solutions.

Sanjeev is a leader deeply inspired by the intersection of industrial growth and environmental stewardship. He steps into his new role at Kadant Lamort SAS with a strong passion for the company's core mission: combining cutting-edge industrial innovation with meaningful, real-world contributions to recycling, water management, and sustainable resource efficiency. His proven knack for turning complex operational challenges into streamlined, high-performing ecosystems aligns perfectly with Kadant's customer-centric global strategy.

Sanjeev holds an engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Samrat Ashok Technological Institute. He started his professional journey at Godrej Hershey Foods & Beverages Limited before spending eight years as a freelance Technical Consultant, steering for brands like Parle Agro and SpinKnit (Kenya). Later, he spent a 15-year tenure at Tetra Pak, where he famously transformed their Pune facility into the company's largest Global Certified Renovation Center, earning the prestigious Global PSE Quality & Safety Award in 2022. Most recently, he served as the Director of Production Center & Supply Chain Transformation at Sidel, where he led multi-site manufacturing operations before transitioning to Kadant in May 2026.
