October 2025 : CNN Robotics ApS, a leader in advanced automation and special-purpose machinery, has recently announced the appointment of Naresh Nagarwal as its new Chief Executive Officer. Nagarwal will lead the company’s vision, strategy, and execution, focusing on delivering scalable Industry 4.0 transformations across core global manufacturing sectors.
Nagarwal brings over 20 years of international leadership experience across Europe, the USA, and Asia, making him a proven executive known for rapidly scaling operations, building high-performing cross-functional teams, and driving operational excellence with strong P&L ownership.
Strategy and Focus at CNN Robotics
As CEO, Nagarwal will oversee all aspects of CNN Robotics ApS based in Odense, Denmark. His mandate includes leading the strategy and day-to-day execution across the company’s specialized offerings: robotics, automation, integration, and special-purpose machinery.
CNN Robotics will intensify its focus on delivering customer-centric solutions for mission-critical sectors, specifically targeting the Automotive, Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, and Defense industries. Nagarwal’s leadership is expected to cement the company's position as a key enabler of advanced, intelligent manufacturing systems.
A Career of Operational Excellence and Global Leadership
Nagarwal’s extensive career history demonstrates a consistent ability to manage complex, multi-site global operations and drive significant organizational improvements.
Prior to joining CNN Robotics, he served in multiple senior operational roles at the Dinex Group in Denmark (from July 2020 to May 2025):
● Executive Vice President - Operations: Directed group operations during a transformation phase, aligning manufacturing, supply chain, and customer programs to key performance indicators (KPIs), while partnering with the C-suite on cost, quality, delivery, and service.
● Group Chief Operating Officer & General Manager Europe: Owned the European P&L and end-to-end operations, successfully leading multi-site teams and strengthening service levels across the continent.
● Chief Operating Officer, OEM Division: Implemented the corporation's "WIN" strategy, matured program management and key-account execution, and scaled the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) division.
Before his tenure in Denmark, Nagarwal built his leadership foundation in the USA and Asia with Johnson Matthey. In Savannah, GA, USA (December 2014 - June 2017), he served as Operations Manager, Manufacturing & Sustainability, progressing from project engineering to operations leadership and overseeing budgets, people development, EHS, technology scale-up, and New Product Introduction (NPI). Earlier (August 2011—December 2014), he led CAPEX and manufacturing-excellence initiatives across the Asia Region, including China, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, and India.
He began his professional journey in India as a Senior Process Engineer with the Aditya Birla Group (February - August 2011), supporting Carbon Black process engineering and scale-up for pharmaceutical-grade applications, bridging R&D to manufacturing.
