July 2026 : NDR Auto Components Limited (NACL) has officially inaugurated its new facility in Penukonda, Anantapur district, Andhra Pradesh. Operating under its wholly-owned subsidiary, NDR Auto Components South Private Limited, the facility represents an investment of approximately INR 27.29 crores, financed through a balanced mix of debt and equity.

The inauguration ceremony brought together prominent industry stalwarts, highlighting the deep collaborative relationships driving India's automotive sector. The landmark event was graced by Mr. Rohit Relan (Chairman & Managing Director, NDR Auto Group), alongside NACL directors Mr. Rishabh Relan, Mr. Pranav Relan, and Mr. Ayush Relan. Key partners were also in attendance, including Mr. JaeHyun Choi and Mr. Venkateswaran D. from KIA India, Mr. Gyesung Kim, Mr. KwonHyo Lim (Managing Director, Hyundai Transys), and Mr. Shin Hansung (Senior VP, Technical Sales Department, DAS).

The facility is positioned to manufacture high-quality frame structures, seat covers (trims), and other plastic, metal, and polyurethane-based automotive components. It will primarily cater to KIA India through Hyundai Transys. Over the next year, the plant is set to achieve its full proposed capacity of: Frame Structures: 50,000 sets (5-Seater Car) and Seat Covers (Trims): 28,000 sets (7-Seater Car).

With this expansion, NDR Auto continues to strengthen its local manufacturing capabilities to match India’s soaring automotive demands.
