February 2025 : Neeraj Sethi has taken on a new role as Managing Director, Indo India Geo-zone at Baker Hughes.

In his new role, he will oversee the company’s Oilfield Services & Equipment (OFSE) business in India and Indonesia. Neeraj will be responsible for driving strategic growth, profitability, and market expansion, while delivering the full range of Baker Hughes' upstream services to customers in the region.

Before rejoining Baker Hughes, Neeraj served as the Chief Executive Officer at Selan Exploration Technology Limited, where he led business transformation, operational expansion, and strategic partnerships in the oil and gas sector. With extensive experience in executive leadership, business strategy, and operations management, he has held key positions at Baker Hughes, including Area Director and District Manager. His expertise in fostering high-level industry relationships and driving business transformation will be instrumental in strengthening Baker Hughes’ presence in the region.
