Kamaljeet Kaur, a powerhouse in the HR domain with over 23 years of cross-sectoral expertise, has officially taken the reins as the company’s Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Based in Mumbai, Kaur steps into this pivotal role at a time when organizational agility and future-ready talent strategies are more critical than ever.

Kaur’s professional trajectory is a masterclass in versatility. Before joining R R Kabel, she served as the Chief People Officer for the Gensol Group. Her foundational leadership was built through impactful roles at Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd., HeidelbergCement, HDFC Bank, and Wrigley, where she specialized in L&D and senior recruitment.
