To reshape India's commercial vehicle supply chain, RSB Transmissions has successfully acquired Setco Auto Systems (SASPL), a prominent leader in Medium and Heavy Commercial Vehicle (MHCV) clutch systems and aftermarket drivetrain solutions.
By folding SASPL into RSB’s expanding platform, the acquisition unites two powerhouse portfolios with highly complementary strengths across drivetrain engineering, precision manufacturing, and deep-rooted aftermarket networks. The combined entity significantly fortifies RSB’s presence across the commercial vehicle segment, vastly improving its capacity to deliver end-to-end solutions for both global Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and the domestic retail replacement market.
