Mr. Nandy is a B-Tech from IIT Kharagpur and an MBA from IIM Lucknow. He has served the Tata Group for close to 18 years as a Tata Administrative Services officer.

April 2023 : DCM Shriram Ltd. has recently appointed Sabaleel Nandy as the CEO for its Chemicals Business. Prior to joining DCM Shriram Ltd., he was in charge of Paradeep Phosphates, one of the largest phosphatic fertilizer companies of India. Mr. Nandy is a globally versed CXO with rich experience and proven success. He has run and managed vast chemicals and fertilizer operations, both in India and the US, as well as has led the Strategy /M&A function of large organisations. Mr. Nandy is a B-Tech from IIT Kharagpur and an MBA from IIM Lucknow. He has served the Tata Group for close to 18 years as a Tata Administrative Services (TAS) officer.
