June 2026 : When companies talk about digital transformation, they often focus entirely on the tech stack. But true innovation is driven by the people who bridge the gap between complex code and real-world business value. SKF Group India is signaling exactly that kind of human-centric, forward-thinking approach with the appointment of Manasa Nagaraju as the new Head of IT and Digitization for SKF ISEA.
Nagaraju steps into this critical role at a time when the manufacturing world is rapidly evolving through data, cloud infrastructure, and sustainable operations. Known for her financially disciplined approach to technology, she is set to steer SKF’s next growth phase by turning complex data ecosystems into measurable business triumphs.
Nagaraju began her career in aviation, designing robust cargo-tracking systems for global carriers before transitioning into high-impact analytics in the airport sector, where she famously integrated over 30 data sources into an Azure Data Lake to boost operational performance. Before joining SKF, her career spanned significant technical and leadership roles at Unisys, followed by a stint at CriticalRiver Inc.
Educationally, she anchors her deep tech expertise with an MTech in Information Technology from The National Institute of Engineering, Mysore, and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from Vidya Vardhaka College of Engineering, Mysore
