August 2025 : Strides Pharma Science has recently announced the appointment of Joe Paul Philip as its new Vice President and Head of Manufacturing Science and Technology (MS&T). Philip brings over two decades of extensive strategic and technical experience in the pharmaceutical industry to his new role.

Known as a dynamic leader, Philip specializes in the life cycle management of pharmaceutical products, with expertise spanning various technology platforms including OSD, Injectable, Nasal/MDI, Topical, and API. His background includes a deep understanding of Formulation Research and Technology Transfer, Manufacturing Science, and Quality Systems.\

In his previous roles at leading organizations such as Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, Sandoz, and USV Limited, Philip demonstrated a proven track record in manufacturing technical operations, process validation, scale-up, and new product launches. He is also proficient in global external manufacturing, strategic sourcing, and regulatory strategy.
