February 2025 : Zavenir Daubert, a leading specialty chemicals manufacturer, has inaugurated its advanced manufacturing facility in Binola, Haryana, in the presence of dignitaries from Daubert, USA, Nihon Parkerizing, Japan, and key Indian executives. With an investment of ₹100 crores, including 10% allocated to advanced software technologies, the plant integrates Industry 4.0 capabilities for seamless automation.
Spanning ~2 acres, the facility boasts a production capacity of 1,200 kilolitres per month, catering primarily to the automotive, steel, and construction sectors. Designed for smart manufacturing, it features autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), an automated storage and retrieval system (ASRS), and robotic-powered dosing, blending, and labeling. The 10,000 sq. ft. Technology and Experience Centre offers world-class testing and analysis for corrosion, tribology, and microscopy.

Sustainability is central to the plant’s operations, incorporating 100 percent solar power, zero effluent discharge, and water conservation systems. Looking ahead, the company is set to establish a new plant in West India within 3-4 years, doubling both capacity and investment, reinforcing its leadership in India's growing manufacturing ecosystem.
