Nov 2026 : Force Motors Ltd has recently announced the appointment of Kuldeep Beri as General Manager - Quality. He will be based at the company’s Pithampur facility in Madhya Pradesh. Bringing nearly 23 years of rich experience in the automotive domain, Beri takes on a critical leadership role focused on manufacturing operations, quality systems, and export-oriented new model development.

Beri began his career at Moser Baer India Ltd, before transitioning into the automotive sector as a Manufacturing Engineer at Bosch India in 2005. He then embarked on a remarkable 20-year tenure at Honda Cars India Ltd, scaling the ranks from Assistant Manager in Assembly Operations to Senior Manager in Manufacturing Quality. During his career at Honda, Beri spearheaded the product quality establishment for the City model across new export destinations - including Left-Hand Drive markets such as Turkey, Mexico, UAE, and Saudi Arabia - and most recently served as the EV Project Quality Head across India and Japan (Tochigi).

Beri holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from Maharshi Dayanand University and a Master of Science in Manufacturing Management from BITS Pilani..
