July 2025 : Gabriel India Limited (GIL), the flagship company of ANAND Group, has recently announced a significant step in its diversification journey by entering into a joint venture with South Korea’s JINHAP. This partnership will establish a new greenfield facility in Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu, dedicated to manufacturing automotive fasteners, thereby supporting the localization efforts of original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).

This collaboration marks GIL's foray into another product vertical, further expanding its growing portfolio of parts designed for all types of vehicles, including bicycles.

The joint venture agreement was officially signed at ANAND Group HQ in New Delhi by Mr. Mahendra Goyal, Group CEO, ANAND, and Director, Gabriel India, and Mr. Jinsoo Kim, Executive Vice-President, Sales & Marketing, Strategy & Global, JINHAP. Mr. Sarathi S, Group President & Chief Assurance Officer, ANAND, was also present at the signing ceremony.

This partnership underscores Gabriel India’s evolution into a multi-technology, multi-product leader within the mobility sector. It combines global expertise through strategic partnerships, local manufacturing excellence, and a deep commitment to meeting its customers’ evolving needs.
