March 2025 : Novartis has appointed Gresh Kumar as its Global Operations Excellence Director.

With a distinguished career spanning over two decades in operational excellence and continuous improvement, Gresh brings a wealth of expertise to Novartis. Before joining Novartis, he held key leadership roles at Syngene International, Stelis Biopharma, Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, and Moser Baer Photo Voltaic Limited, where he played a pivotal role in driving efficiency, cost leadership, and cultural transformation.

A mechanical engineering graduate from Jamia Millia Islamia and an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, Gresh has successfully led strategic initiatives across multiple industries, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, FMCG, and renewable energy.
