Vrajesh brings over 32 years of rich industry experience in the chemical manufacturing sector. Known for his systematic, data-based approach and a belief that "complex problems have an easy solution," he has a distinguished background in operational excellence, project management, and strategic planning. His prior experience includes significant leadership roles at prominent companies, including Grasim Industries (ABG), Atul Ltd., Gulbrandsen Chemicals & Maize Products

Throughout his career, Vrajesh has demonstrated a strong focus on profitability, safety, and continuous improvement. A recent highlight of his achievements includes leading a cost-saving initiative that resulted in actual savings of Rs 280 crores in one fiscal year. He also possesses a proven track record of successfully executing intricate projects and implementing new product development systems from concept to commercialization.
