IIT Indore’s DRISHTI CPS Foundation Secures 10,000 Sq. Ft. Expansion for High-Tech Launchpad

July 2026 : In a major boost to Madhya Pradesh’s rapidly evolving technology and startup landscape, the IITI DRISHTI CPS Foundation at IIT Indore has officially secured an additional 10,000 sq. ft. of space at the Sinhasa IT Park in Indore. The Letter of Allotment (LoA) was formally presented by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, Dr. Mohan Yadav, during the high-profile MP Tech Growth Conclave 3.0 held today at the Taj Lakefront in Bhopal.

This milestone marks a vital chapter in the ongoing collaboration between the Madhya Pradesh State Electronics Development Corporation (MPSeDC) - under the Department of Science and Technology, GoMP - and the IITI DRISHTI CPS Foundation. Together, they are working closely to fortify the state's technology, innovation, and entrepreneurial ecosystem.

The newly allocated space is earmarked for a massive expansion of 'LAUNCHPAD' – the foundation’s premier Incubation & Innovation Centre. Moving forward, LAUNCHPAD will scale up its operations with a strategic, sector-specific focus on cutting-edge domains: Defence Technologies, Space Technologies, and Electric Mobility. This move is expected to open new horizons for local innovators, providing them with the infrastructure and resources to build world-class technology solutions right out of Central India.

Expressing deep gratitude for the state's unwavering backing, the foundation acknowledged the pivotal roles played by the Government of Madhya Pradesh and the leadership at MPSeDC. Key officials including Shri Manickam Selvendran, Shri Ashish Vashishth, Shri Anshuman Raj, IAS, Ms. Shivangi Joshi, Shri Mahip Tejasvi, Ms. Awantika Varma, and Shri Dwarkesh Saraf were commended for their continued guidance, trust, and instrumental support.

A special note of appreciation was dedicated to Shri Sanjay Dubey, whose forward-thinking vision and initiative nearly 1.5 years ago laid the bedrock for this collaboration. With this expansion, LAUNCHPAD is officially poised to enter its next phase of growth, driving robust opportunities for startups, researchers, and industry partners nationwide.
