July 2025 : IndoSpace recently announced the launch of 'IndoSpace Chakan V' in Pune. Spanning 188 acres and backed by an investment of USD 120 million, this development is IndoSpace's largest industrial park in India and its eighth Industrial and Logistics Park in the region. IndoSpace currently has an existing footprint of 525 acres in the Pune region.
Strategically located within MIDC Chakan, the park offers excellent connectivity to key national and state highways, including the Mumbai-Pune Expressway, Pune-Nashik Highway, Pune-Ahmednagar-Aurangabad Highway, and the Bengaluru-Mumbai Industrial Corridor. Its strong rail infrastructure further enhances accessibility, making it an attractive option for manufacturers and logistics operators seeking proximity to consumption centers and ports. The Pune industrial and logistics market, particularly the Chakan–Talegaon corridor, saw 6.7 million sq. ft absorption in 2024.
