November 2025 : Jeh Aerospace, one of the world's fastest-growing aerospace manufacturing companies, has recently announced the launch of its next-generation facility, Mach 2, at Horizon Industrial Parks in Kothur, Hyderabad. The massive 200,000 sq. ft. expansion nearly triples the company’s manufacturing capacity, bringing its total footprint in the city to over 250,000 sq. ft.

Named for the speed of sound, Mach 2 is designed to redefine what aerospace manufacturing can achieve. The facility is a software-defined, AI-augmented manufacturing system, integrating digital twins, autonomous machining, and AI-led process control to achieve shorter lead times and higher precision for complex components.

The new 'Future Factory' will be a key platform for the company, which has, in just 24 months, grown into a 120+ member team, delivered over 150,000 flight-critical components, and built an impressive order book of over USD 150 million+.

The strategic move is also a major win for Hyderabad’s industrial ecosystem. Horizon Industrial Parks noted that the AI-enabled factory, set within their IGBC Platinum-pre-certified park, will support higher automation, improved efficiency, and greater supply-chain resilience.

Mach 2 is positioned as the next phase of Jeh Aerospace’s journey, one where, as the company describes, "machines think, processes learn, and people build at a pace that reflects what the future of aerospace should look like." The facility will enable the company to build with more accuracy and deliver with more predictability, meeting the rising demands of the global aerospace industry.
