December 2025 : In a significant boost to India’s aerospace manufacturing sector, Kineco has played a pivotal role in the successful launch of the country’s heaviest satellite to date. On December 24th, 2025, the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) successfully deployed the BlueBird Block-2 satellite, weighing a record-breaking 6,100 kgs, using the LVM3-M6 launch vehicle.
Kineco is proud to have contributed four critical flight lightweight composite components to the LVM3-M6 mission. These high-precision structures were essential for the successful deployment of the BlueBird Block-2 Communication Satellites into Low Earth Orbit (LEO). This mission marks a technological breakthrough, as the satellites are designed to provide space-based cellular broadband connectivity directly to standard mobile smartphones.
The Kineco Aerospace team was responsible for delivering high-precision composite and structural assemblies across the cryogenic and inter-tank stages, including:
These mission-critical components are engineered to ensure structural integrity, system stability, and maximum reliability under extreme conditions. Kineco’s involvement underscores its growing prominence in the manufacturing of human-rated, heavy-lift launch vehicles and high-mass satellite missions.
