September 2025 : MBT Construction Chemicals, a key part of the Master Builders Solutions Group, has officially inaugurated its new manufacturing facility in Taloja, Navi Mumbai. The state-of-the-art plant, which aims to support the fast-growing Indian construction market, was inaugurated by Dr. Boris Gorella, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Management at Master Builders Solutions. He was joined by Dr. Karsten Eller, COO, and Himanshu Kapadia, Cluster Head for Asia, Middle East & Turkey.

The new facility is equipped with a production capacity of 25,000 metric tons per annum in a single shift and a storage capacity of 300 tons. Spanning 4,000 square meters, the automated plant incorporates advanced technologies, including a 200 TR cooling tower system for enhanced energy efficiency.

In addition to its manufacturing capabilities, the Taloja plant features a dedicated Research & Development (R&D) Centre. This hub will focus on developing innovative construction solutions specifically tailored to the Indian market and will support product customization for the region. The facility will produce a comprehensive range of high-performance construction chemicals, including admixtures, waterproofing solutions, and flooring systems.
