“The post Covid world of packaging is demanding. There is a rise in the demand for better quality, more hygienic and ‘zero-touch’ packaged goods, emergence of high-mix-low-volume requirements, and upsurge in the concern towards eco-friendly packaging. Also, India is emerging as a preferred global destination for packing machinery importers.” - Sameer Gandhi, MD, Omron Automation India

November 2022: Omron aims to enable the packaging machines manufacturers to prepare for and take the maximum advantage out of the rapid shift in automation that the sector is witnessing over the last few years with the right technologies and capabilities.
