His arrival signals a renewed focus on embedding world-class quality standards and a zero-defect mindset across the company’s expanding operations.
For Saraswat, quality has always been more than a corporate department; it is the very foundation of customer trust and sustainable business growth. Throughout his extensive career, he has focused on humanizing technical processes by building robust systems that reduce variability and strengthen organizational capability. By implementing proven methodologies like Six Sigma, SPC, and Shainin DOE, he has consistently helped teams move beyond simple compliance toward a deeper culture of excellence and data-driven discipline.
Before joining Sterling Green Power Solutions, Saraswat spent over two decades at Cummins Inc. During his 24-year tenure, he led major quality transformation programs, introduced digital monitoring for critical inspections, and championed DMAIC-based problem-solving. His early career foundation was laid at Honda India Power Products Limited.
His professional achievements are backed by a strong academic background, including a Post Graduate Executive Management Programme from SPJIMR (SP Jain Institute of Management & Research) and a BS in Engineering Technology from BITS Pilani.
