June 2025 : UFlex Limited, India’s largest multinational flexible packaging and solutions company, is set to unveil its latest sustainable innovations at the Global Conclave on Plastics Recycling and Sustainability (GCPRS) 2025. The international exhibition, jointly organized by AIPMA and CPMA, will take place from June 17-20, 2025, at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi.

UFlex will highlight solutions from its Packaging Films and Engineering businesses, designed to enhance the sustainability and value of packaging materials.

The company's Packaging Films business will present its breakthrough “single-pellet solution”. This innovation integrates 30% or more recycled PET (rPET) with virgin PET (vPET) to produce food-grade packaging. The solution, which has received USFDA approval, offers high clarity and strength, and is fully compatible with existing PET lines without requiring infrastructure upgrades. This makes UFlex the only Indian flexible packaging company with food-grade recycling certifications across PET, PE, and PP.

In parallel, the Engineering business will provide live demonstrations of ReLAM 50, a compact, decentralized recycling system. Designed for start-ups, rural enterprises, NGOs, and municipalities, ReLAM 50 can process up to 50 kg of mixed flexible waste per hour, transforming it into reusable granules or panels for various plastic products and non-critical applications.

These advancements reaffirm UFlex’s commitment to pioneering technologies that address environmental challenges and drive a circular plastics economy.
