November 2025 : Anand Group India has recently announced the appointment of Mohua Mandal as the Senior General Manager and Head of Group Communications. Mandal steps into this key leadership role, where she will be responsible for shaping and executing the communication strategy for the major Indian automotive components conglomerate.

Mandal brings a wealth of experience spanning nearly two decades in corporate communications and brand strategy across diverse sectors, including automotive, financial services, and energy. Her most recent role was as Head - Marketing & Communication at Varroc. Prior to Varroc, Mandal served as Vice President and Head - Brand, PR & Corporate Communication at Poonawalla Fincorp. Her extensive experience also includes significant stints with Bajaj Finserv (Group Corporate Communications), Max Life Insurance Company Limited, Credit Saison India, and Cairn Oil and Gas.

Mohua Mandal is an alumna of the Indian Institute of Mass Communication, Delhi, where she completed her PGD in Advertising and Public Relations. She also holds a B.A. in English from St. Xavier's College and has pursued advanced management studies through the EPYP/YM program at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
