October 2026 : The Timken Company has recently announced the appointment of Pramesh Maheshwari as President for India, Southeast Asia, Middle East, and Africa. Bringing over three decades of international experience across process automation, AI, and industrial transformation, Maheshwari steps into the role to strengthen customer trust and drive business expansion across critical industrial hubs.

Maheshwari’s appointment comes as heavy industries - ranging from refineries and power plants to steel mills and mining - increasingly rely on high-performance engineered bearings and power transmission solutions to maximize operational uptime, safety, and efficiency.

Before joining Timken, Maheshwari spent over 30 years at Honeywell Process Solutions in various global leadership roles. Most recently, he served as President of Lifecycle Solutions, Services, and Cyber. Prior to that, as President and CEO of Honeywell Process Solutions, he managed a $3.4 billion P&L, driving double-digit growth and digital transformation. His earlier career began at Larsen & Toubro Limited (L&T) as a commissioning engineer working on large-scale field instrumentation projects.

Maheshwari holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication from Jabalpur Engineering College and completed the General Management Program at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIM Ahmedabad).
