October 2025 : CIRCOR International, Inc., a KKR portfolio company and a global leader in manufacturing flow control products for industrial and aerospace markets, recently announced it has successfully completed the previously announced acquisition of two prominent Indian manufacturers: Swelore Engineering Pvt. Ltd. and Hiro Nisha Systems Pvt. Ltd.

The acquisition, originally announced on August 22, 2025, significantly strengthens CIRCOR’s footprint within the high-growth Indian market. Swelore Engineering and Hiro Nisha Systems bring over 50 years of combined experience in delivering high-performance metering and reciprocating pump solutions.

This strategic move immediately expands CIRCOR's Industrial segment portfolio with complementary flow control technologies that serve essential customers across the Chemical, Water/Wastewater, and broader flow control sectors.

The newly acquired businesses will be integrated into Allweiler India, CIRCOR’s existing pumps operation in the country, creating a stronger, unified platform for manufacturing and service delivery.

CIRCOR leadership also welcomed the Swelore and Hiro Nisha teams, announcing that the new employees will be incorporated into the company's broad-based ownership program, ensuring that all team members have the opportunity to share in the value created by the combined organization. This integration is designed to leverage the specialized expertise of the Indian teams while aligning them with CIRCOR’s global standards and growth strategy.
